Request entry and Request display screens display all the information on a single screen. The screen layouts are divided into distinct areas, where each area consists of groups of fields relevant to a particular aspect of the Request.
  Each section of the Request form is 'fold-able', e.g. Item Details. Click the right arrow / down arrow to open / close the section.
